Rotoli rules


Handmade pasta sheets of Pangkarra wholegrain durum, lovingly wrapped around roasted butternut pumpkin, cooked spinach and crumbled feta, then nestled in a pan of tomato sugo. Baked 30 minutes. Eaten with gusto!

  2. Get out that pasta machine sorella! You must have plenty of pumpkins around now (albeit with frost on them up there on the prairie). We are just getting the very last of our pumpkins from a mild autumn and winter and a cool spring. It’s Asparagus season here now…
