Tonight Andrew and I decided to dine at our favourite restaurant in Mooloolaba, Hot Pippis. Once was not enough; we were both craving a steak our first night in town and we were not disappointed with the fillet steak. I was familiar with the Seafood Curry, Hot Pippis Signature dish as I have had it on two previous visits. Tonight I was once again lucky to taste this most delicious dish. The curry is Thai influenced with coconut milk, peanut and just the right amount of spice. Moreton bay bugs, local prawns, scallops, mussels, snapper and a bit of squid. Culinary bliss point! I highly recommend it.
